Muggles, pack your bags and head down to Universal Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter to experience a truly magical Christmas. Between November 18th and January 6th, you can wander the streets of Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley to get a taste of how wizards do the holidays.
This year, for the first time ever, they’ve stepped up their game and adorned everything with garlands, wreaths, and string lights. Drink the seasonal Hot Butterbeer while watching musical performances by Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees in Diagon Alley, complete with REAL snowflakes falling from above. Yes, snowflakes in Florida…because MAGIC!
Afterward, hop on the Hogwarts Express and head over to Hogsmeade so you can swing by The Three Broomsticks and stuff your face in their Holiday Feast (and drink more Butterbeer, because let’s be real, one cup is not enough). The Frog Choir, a group of four Hogwarts students, will be there caroling with a few frogs, which is only possible in the land of Harry Potter, of course. Pick up a robe, wand, and some Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Beans while you’re at it so you can fit in.
Be sure to stick around in the evening to watch the dazzling state-of-art projection mapping and light show wrapping Hogwarts castle, which ends with fireworks. Legit, it’ll warm even Severus Snape’s heart.
